If
your child gets on the wrong bus --
From
time to time young children will make a mistake and get
on the wrong bus at the end of the school day. Please
tell your child not to panic and never to
get off the bus at the wrong stop. All kids need to do
is tell the driver as soon as they realize their mistake
and the bus driver will take them to their correct bus
stop at the end of the route.
If
school closes early due to snow or another emergency -- Mohonasen's
Elementary PTO maintains a "phone tree" to
contact parents of K-5 students in the event of an
unplanned early dismissal. Parents of K-5 students will
be asked to provide as least two phone numbers where
this call can be directed. Still, there may be times
when the phone tree cannot be activated (loss of phone
service, not enough time, etc.). No matter what grade
level, please make sure your children know what to do if
they arrive home unexpectedly and you're not there!
